When they're misaligned, dirty, sun-glared, or blocked, the opener refuses to close and flashes the light as a warning.
How to fix the sensor code
- Clear anything blocking the door's path
- Wipe the sensor lenses clean
- Gently align them until both LEDs glow steady (not blinking)
- Check the wires aren't loose or damaged
Nine times out of ten, that clears the blinking and the door closes normally.
